By creating an account or using StageCoach AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
StageCoach AI is an AI-powered presentation coaching platform. The Service allows you to upload video recordings of presentations or speeches and receive AI-generated coaching feedback, performance scores, and personalized improvement suggestions. The Service is powered by Google Gemini AI.

You agree to use StageCoach AI only for lawful purposes. You must not:
You retain ownership of any videos and content you upload to StageCoach AI. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your AI coaching analysis.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you upload, and that uploading it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
We do not store your videos after processing is complete. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The coaching feedback, scores, and recommendations provided by StageCoach AI are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for informational and practice purposes only. They do not constitute professional coaching, speech therapy, or psychological advice. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to improve your presentation performance in any specific context.
We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from decisions made based on AI-generated feedback.
The StageCoach AI platform, including its design, features, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by StageCoach AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StageCoach AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational harm.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or CAD $50, whichever is greater.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated feedback will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour that we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at admin.stagecoach@gmail.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
